5. What you are signing up for:
   1. Basic, Advanced, Manifesting & Abundance classes
   2. Sessions (include what type)
   3. Workshop (For workshops, I only need your name and email.)
6. Any comments you would like to include

If you number your email as above, you'll save us the email tag.  Your information will be held in total confidence.  It will not be shared.  Period.  I value my privacy and I know you value yours. 

When I receive your email, I will contact you to confirm and I'll send you my phone number in case you have additional questions.  If you do not receive email confirmation within 48 hours, please email me again to make sure your registration was received.

Also remember that I will need to have PayPal confirmation of your deposit for any classes before your registration will be complete.  Your deposit ensures your spot in the classes and I purchase class materials based on that. 

You will also receive a reminder email before the class with any additional information that you may need.
